Approval of California Department of Health Care Services Mental Health Performance Contract for the Term July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Mental Health Performance Contract between Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Humboldt County Health and Human Services (DHHS) for the term July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017; authorize the Interim Director of DHHS-Mental Health to sign the Performance Contract and subsequent amendments or documents related to the Performance Contract on behalf of Humboldt County; and direct the Clerk of the Board to send the DHHS-Mental Health Administration two (2) certified copies of this Board Order for submission to DHCS for final execution.
