Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Resolution #_____ for the sale of tax-defaulted property to the Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District No. 1 (Attachment 1); approve and sign the 'Agreement to Purchase Tax Defaulted Property' with the Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District No. 1 (Attachment 4); and return all original documentation to the Treasurer-Tax Collector for sending to the State Controller's Office for approval and execution pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Codes 3795.
