Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution authorizing the submission of a Financial Assistance Application to SWRCB for planning and design of Samoa wastewater system; and authorization for the Director of Planning and Building to act on behalf of the County, in matters pertaining to the Application.
