Approval of Services Agreement with Remi Vista, Inc. (Eureka and Redding) for the Provision of Mental health, Case Management, Crisis Intervention and Therapeutic Behavioral Services to Med-Cal Beneficiaries for FY 2008-09 and FY 2009-10
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors for Mental Health Administration Budget Unit #1170-424, authorize the Chair to approve the Services Agreement between Remi Vista, Inc. (Eureka and Redding) and the Humboldt County Mental Health Plan, Humboldt County Medi-Cal Managed Mental Health Care for the provision of Mental Health, Case Management, Crisis Intervention and Therapeutic Behavioral Services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries for FY 2008-09 and FY 2009-10; and authorize the Chair to sign the above-described Agreement.
