Approve Agreement with Humboldt Waste Management Authority (HWMA) for Continued Implementation of County Waste Reduction Programs until June 30, 2013
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached agreement with the Humboldt Waste Management Authority (HWMA) for the period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2013; authorize the chair to sign three original copies of the contract; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the three signed original contracts to Environmental Health for processing.
