Memorandum of Agreement with Karuk Tribe for Broadband Installation in County Rights-of-Way
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the attached Memorandum of Agreement with the Karuk Tribe; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two originals of the agreement to the Public Works Department - Land Use Division for processing.
