Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors open the administrative hearing and receive the staff report and public testimony; close the administrative hearing, and based on the findings in the Code Enforcement Officers Notice and Order (Attachment C), pursuant to 314-55.2.7.2.2 (Total plant canopy exceeding two hundred (200) square feet on a parcel between one (1) acre and five (5) acres in size), deny the appeal; direct the Clerk of the Board to issue a written decision in the form of a resolution (Attachment E), including the findings relating to the existence or nonexistence of the nuisance, as well as findings concerning the property and means of abatement of the nuisance conditions set forth in the Notice and Order; and direct the Clerk of the Board to give notice of the decision to the appellant, appellant's agent, Code Enforcement Officer, and any other interested party.
