Affiliation Agreement by and between University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions and the County of Humboldt Department of Health and Human Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the execution of the Affiliation Agreement by and between University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions and the County of Humboldt Department of Health and Human Services; approve and authorize the DHHS Interim Mental Health Director to sign substantially similar clinical field practicum opportunity agreements with other university nursing and health profession programs after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management; and direct the Clerk of the Board to forward one (1) copy of the executed Board Agenda Item to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS Mental Health Administration.
