Professional Service Agreement with the California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG) for Provision of Healthcare Services at Humboldt County Correctional and Detention Facilities for October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2021
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Professional Services Agreement with CFMG for provision of healthcare services to Humboldt County correctional and detention facilities; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign three (3) originals of the Professional Service Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the Professional Service Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Contract Unit for transmittal to DHHS-Public Health.
