Expenditure Authorization for Humboldt County Flood Control District (Rohner Creek Sub-Zone 1-1)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adjourn as the Board of Supervisors and reconvenes as the governing board of the Humboldt County Flood Control District; authorize payment of $190,000 from Fund 2840 to the City of Fortuna for reimbursement of costs associated with the Rohner Creek Flood Control, Habitat and Seismic Improvement Project; and adjourn as the governing board of the Humboldt County Flood Control District and reconvene as the Board of Supervisors.
