Request to Approve Award of Contract to Research Development Associates for the Provision of Mental Health System Consultation Services for Fiscal Year 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the proposals in response to Request for Proposals DHHS-RFP No. DHHS2016-03 for the provision of mental health system consultation services for fiscal year 2016-17; approve awarding a contract for the provision of mental health system consultation services to Research Development Associates for fiscal year 2016-17; approve the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to enter into negotiations with Research Development Associates to sign a contract for the provision of mental health system consultation services; authorize the DHHS-Director to execute a contract for the provision of mental health system consultation services upon approval of County Counsel and Risk Management that is substantially similar to the sample agreement for the provision of mental health system consultation services attached as Attachment 1; and direct the Clerk of the Board to forward one (1) certified Board report to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
