Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Sublease with RREDC for rental space at 520 E Street, Eureka, CA; authorize the Chairperson to execute two (2) originals of the Sublease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) original of the fully executed Sublease to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to Sublessor.
