License Agreement between the County of Humboldt and Humboldt Redwood Company, LLC for Use of a Portion of Mt. Pierce as a Communications Site
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) copies of the attached Communications Site License Agreement for Mt. Pierce between the County of Humboldt and Humboldt Redwood Company, LLC; delegate authority to the County Administrative Officer to execute amendments, sub-licenses and any other documents required to comply with the terms of the License Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed copies of the License Agreement to the County Administrative Office for further processing.
