Amendments to Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Financing Resolutions
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution amending resolution 15-38, approving and authorizing execution of an Agreement for Collection of Special Taxes and Contractual Assessments related to the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) Open PACE program within the unincorporated area of Humboldt County; and adopt the attached resolution amending resolution 15-103, approving and authorizing execution of an Agreement for Collection of Special Taxes and Contractual Assessments related to the California Enterprise Development Authority (CEDA) Figtree PACE program within the unincorporated area of Humboldt County.
