Trinity River Substation Real Property Lease at 80 Country Club Drive, Willow Creek for the Period September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Real Property Lease with Roger and Nancy Brown, Lessors, of facility located at 80 Country Club Drive, Willow Creek, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 522-231-036, for the period September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2019, for the purpose of establishing the Trinity River Substation; authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to sign two (2) original copies of the Lease (Attachment 1); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed original of the Lease to Real Property for transmittal to Lessor.
