Agreement with Remi Vista, Inc. for the Provision of Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, and Intensive Home Based Services for Fiscal Years 2016-17 through 2017-18
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the agreement between Remi Vista, Inc. and Humboldt County for the provision of mental health services. Therapeutic Behavioral Services, and Intensive Home Based Services for fiscal years 2016-17 through 2017-18; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Children and Family Services.
