Agreement between Changing Tides Family Services and Humboldt County for the Provision of Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services and Intensive Home Based Services for Fiscal Years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Agreement with Changing Tides Family Services for the provision of Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services and Intensive Home Based Services (Attachment 1) for fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of each Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Children and Family Services.
