Agreement with the California Secretary of State for VoteCal Statewide Voter Registration System Project (VoteCal)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Amended Agreement number 13G30303 with the California Secretary of State for funding in the amount of $41,891; approve the attached Agreement number 15G30302 with the California Secretary of State for funding in the amount of $10,874 for computer hardware and software related to compliance with requirements of Section 303(a) of the Help America Vote Act; and authorize the County Clerk/Recorder/Registrar of Voters or her designee to execute the attached Agreements to carry out the purpose of the Board's order.
