Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors by a 4/5's vote approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Lease No. HSCG89-16-1-0056, in triplicate, with the United States Coast Guard (USCG); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the three (3) executed leases to the Land Use Division for further processing.
