Approval of Agreement between Humboldt County and North Coast Substance Abuse Council, Inc. for Residential Services for Fiscal Years 2016-2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between County of Humboldt and North Coast Substance Abuse Council, Inc. for fiscal years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 and 2018-2019; authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement effective July 1,2016; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) originals of the executed agreement to the Department of Health and Humans Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
