First Amendment to the Agreement with Diamond Drugs, Incorporated for Fiscal Years 2015-2016 and 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the first amendment to the agreement with Diamond Drugs, Incorporated for fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the first amendment to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
