Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Humboldt County and Mental Health Management 1, Inc., DBA Canyon Manor; authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the agreement effective July 1, 2016; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)- Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS - Mental Health.
