Agreements between Remi Vista, Inc. and Humboldt County for the Provision of Mental Health Services and for the Provision of Therapeutic Behavioral Services for Fiscal Years 2012-13 and 2013-14
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) copies of the Agreement with Remi Vista, Inc. for the provision of Mental Health Services (Attachment 1) for Fiscal Years 2012-13 and 2013-14; approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) copies of the Agreement with Remi Vista, Inc. for the provision of Therapeutic Behavioral Services (Attachment 2) for Fiscal Years 2012-13 and 2013-14; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed copies of each Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Social Services Administration.
