That the Board of Supervisors authorize compensation for Nicholas Massey as if he had been promoted to the classification of Road Maintenance Supervisor from April 24, 2016 through June 4, 2016, pursuant to Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Humboldt and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), section 12.4.
