Insight System Maintenance and Support Agreement with Netsmart Technologies
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Maintenance and Support Agreement between Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Public Health and Netsmart Technologies for the period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016 in the amount of $67,446; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the signed documents and one (1) copy of the Board Motion to the DHHS Services Contract Unit for transmittal to DHHS-Public Health.
