First Amendment to the Agreement between Humboldt County and Remi Vista, Inc. for the Provision of Mental Health Services for Fiscal Years 2012-2014
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to the June 12, 2012 Agreement with Remi Vista, Inc. for the provision of Mental Health Services for Fiscal Years 2012-13 and 2013-14; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two executed copies of the First Amendment to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Children and Family Services Administration.
