Agreement to Replace the Sheriff's Office California Law Enforcement Technology and Warrants Systems
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached professional services and license agreement with Diverse Computing, Inc. to replace the existing California Law Enforcement Technology System (CLETS) and California Law Enforcement Warrants System (CLEWS); authorize the County Administrative Officer, and/or designees thereof, to execute future amendments to the proposed agreement up to a maximum amount of $50,000; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign three (3) originals of the proposed agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the proposed agreement to the Information Technology division.
