AIDS Drug Assistance Program Funding Increase for Fiscal Years 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign four (4) original signature pages of Amendment 01 to the State Standard Agreement 15-10478 with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) - Office of AIDS in the amount of $20,504 in Fund 1175, Budget Unit 437-CARE North Coast AIDS Project (NorCAP) for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017; direct the Clerk of the Board to return four (4) signed originals to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Contract Unit; and authorize the Director of Public Health Director or designee to sign any subsequent amendments and documents directly related to agreement number 15-10478.
