Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Second Amendment to Lease (Attachment 3) with Fred Lundblade for office and warehouse space located at 790 West Clark Street, Eureka, CA for the time period of May 1, 2016 through April 30, 2019; authorize the Chair to sign two (2) originals of the Second Amendment To Lease with Fred Lundblade; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) original of the executed Second Amendment to Lease to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to Lessor.
