Lease at 231 Second Street, Suites 301 and 303 with Pacific Partners Property Management, Inc.
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to sign two (2) originals of the Lease with Pacific Partners Property Management, Inc. at 231 Second Street, Suites 301 and 303 for office space for the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2018; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed original of the Lease to the Public Works-Real Property Agent for transmittal to Lessor.
