Approve Exercising the Option to Extend the Lease for 931 Third Street, Eureka, with Carter Properties
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the option to extend the Lease with Carter Properties for 931 Third Street, Eureka; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed Board Agenda item to Public Works, Real Property Agent; and authorize the Public Works Real Property Agent to send a letter notifying Carter Properties that the County is exercising the option to extend the Lease for an additional two (2) year term, from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2017.
