Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached Grant Award Face Sheet and the (2) Certifications of Assurance of Compliance; approve the attached supplemental budget in Fund 1100, Budget Unit 208, District Attorney's Victim Witness Program (4/5 vote); and direct the Clerk of the Board to process and return the Grant Award Face Sheet and the (2) Certifications of Assurance of Compliance to the District Attorney's (DA) Office, attention Rachelle Davis, for submission to the State.
