Approval of the Headwaters Fund Board's Recommended Community Investment Fund Loan to the Eureka Rescue Mission
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive report and approve the Community Investment Fund (CIF) loan for $350,000 to the Eureka Rescue Mission recommended for approval by the Headwaters Fund Board (HFB); and authorize the Chair of the Board to sign the loan contracts with Eureka Rescue Mission and Arcata Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), for servicing of the loan.
