Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors (4/5 vote required) approve and authorize the Chairperson to execute the attached license agreement with Timothy E. Frost, dba Grounds Keeper Landscape Maintenance; direct the Clerk of the Board to return a certified copy of the fully executed license agreement to the Land Use Division for further processing, and retain the original license agreement with meeting records.
