Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Humboldt State University, Sponsored Programs Foundation - California Center for Rural Policy and the Humboldt County Probation department for the collection and analysis of Assembly Bill 109 (AB 109) programs in Humboldt County and their impact; authorize William Damiano, Chief Probation Officer, to sign the agreement on behalf of Humboldt County Probation; and approve the supplemental budget attached for budget unit 294, contract services. (4/5 vote required).
