Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Agreement with Diamond Drugs, Incorporated for fiscal year 2015-16; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
