Agreement with California Youth Connection (CYC) for Fiscal Year 2015-16
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Agreement with CYC to provide assistance in the planning and development of services offered to this county's transition age youth and foster youth (Attachment 1) for fiscal year 2015-16; approve and authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Social Services Director to exercise the future options to extend the Agreement for fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18 by providing a 30-day written notice to CYC; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the Agreement to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Children and Family Services Division.
