Extensions of Memorandum of Understanding and Plan of Cooperation with Trinity County for Child Support Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the County of Trinity and the County of Humboldt for Interim Child Support Services Director services and authorize the Chair to sign (Attachment 1); and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Plan of Cooperation (POC) between the Humboldt County Department of Child Support Services and the Trinity County Department of Child Support Services for fiscal services and authorize the Chair to sign (Attachment 2).
