Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Sheriff and Chair of the Board to sign four (4) originals of Modification 11 of the Cooperative Law Enforcement Annual Patrol Operating Plan and Financial Plan with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Six Rivers National Forest #11-LE-11051360-218 (Attachment 1) for the period ending September 30, 2015; and approve a supplemental budget in Budget Unit 221 Sheriff's Operations to allow for implementation of Cooperative Agreement Modification 11 (4/5 vote required).
