Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adjust the compensation for Ana Hartwell, Deputy Clerk of the Board by 20% increase effective January 17, 2015, pursuant to Section 7 of the Humboldt County Salary Resolution, and direct the Human Resources Department to conduct a classification review of the Deputy Clerk of the Board position and the Administrative Assistant to the Board of Supervisors position to accurately reflect the appropriate job classification.
