Agreements with the Board of Equalization for the Administration of Measure Z
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve a resolution authorizing the County Administrative Officer (CAO) to execute agreements with the Board of Equalization (BOE) for implementation of a local transactions and use tax (Attachment 1); direct the Clerk of the Board (COB) to certify 5 copies of ordinance number 2517; direct the COB to certify 1 copy of the November 4, 2014 election results; direct the COB to certify 5 copies of the resolution authorizing the CAO to execute agreements with the BOE; and direct the COB to send all requested certified copies to the CAO for transmittal to the BOE.
