Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution (Attachment 1) clarifying some of the County of Humboldt staff time spent on the Juvenile Hall Replacement Facility Project is funded by existing General Fund department budgets and is therefore counted as in-kind match and rescind Resolution No. 14-58 as approved by your Board on July 1, 2014.
