Lease at 1105 Sixth Street, Suite B, Eureka with PWM, Inc.
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to sign two (2) originals of the Lease with PWM, Inc. at 1105 Sixth Street, Suite B, Eureka for office space for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Social Services, Public Guardian for the period of December 15,2014 through November 30, 2021; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed original of the Lease to the Public Works-Real Property Agent for transmittal to Lessor.
