California Department of Health Care Services Substance Use Disorder Services Standard Agreement for Fiscal Years 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize and approve the execution of the California Department of Health Care Services Substance Use Disorder Services Standard Agreement for Fiscal Years 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17; authorize the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Mental Health Director, as the County Alcohol and Drug Administrator, to sign and submit the Substance Use Disorder Services Standard Agreement, Certifications, and any subsequent amendments to this multi-year Substance Use Disorder Services Standard Agreement to the State Department of Health Care Services; and direct the Clerk of the Board to send a certified copy of this agenda item to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
