Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and ratify the attached Mapping Activity Statement No. 2 with the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Public Works to implement a detailed flood hazard study of Humboldt Bay; and adopt the attached supplemental budget (4/5 vote) for Fiscal Year 2014-2015.
