Resolution for the Loan of Federal Excess Personal Property Agreement for the Loleta Fire Protection District
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adjourn as the Board of Supervisors and reconvene as the Board of the Loleta Fire Protection District (LFPD); approve a resolution authorizing the LFPD, Fire Chief to enter into an agreement with the State of California, Department of Forestry and Fire Protection for the loan of Federal Excess Personal Property for the purpose of emergency response; and adjourn as the Board of LFPD and reconvene as the Board of Supervisors.
