Humboldt County-Mental Health Agreement with AdvancedPractice.com, LLC
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement with AdvancedPractice.com, LLC for fiscal years 2014-15 and 2015-16 for temporary locum tenens Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatric Physicians' Assistants; authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement; direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed originals of the Agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contracts Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration; and approve and authorize the DHHS-Mental Health Director to execute substantially similar Agreements for temporary locum tenens Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatric Physicians' Assistants with other Locum Tenens contractors after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
