Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Resolution #_____ for sale of tax-defaulted properties to the Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District No 1. (Attachment 1); and approve and authorize the 'Agreement to Purchase Tax Defaulted Property' with the Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District No. 1 (Attachment 4).
