Approval of Cooperative Agreement No. 14-0395-SF Sudden Oak Mortality Regulatory Program Contract in the Amount of $22,794.75 (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Cooperative Agreement No. 14-0395-SF known as the Sudden Oak Mortality Regulatory Program contract with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, and the attached Supplemental Budget (4/5 vote required); authorize the Chair to sign the original agreement and one copy of the cover page, and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the signed agreement to the Agricultural Commissioner's Office for further processing; direct the Auditor-Controller to execute the attached Supplemental Budget; and grant a waiver from the provisions of the Nuclear Free Ordinance.
