Extend the Term of the Humboldt County Fire Safe Council for an Additional Two Years
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors review a staff report regarding a proposal to extend the Humboldt County Fire Safe Council (FSC) for an additional two years; review and approve the resolution extending the FSC as amended and the list of proposed FSC member appointees; direct staff to recruit for nominations for FSC member alternates and schedule alternate appointments when nominations are made; and direct the Clerk of the Board to post an announcement requesting FSC alternate nominations.
